Jannelli & Volpi is one of the leading Euro-

After decades of producing branded wallcoverings for some of the world's most established design houses, they recently launched J&V Italian Design, matching their own unique take on Italian style with their acquired expertise in production.

The offerings continually surprise designers and design-aficionados alike by seamlessly weaving classical ideas, global influences and innovative special effects, resulting in a fresh take on contemporary living. J&V Italian Design developed and perfected state of the art techniques of screen printing with metallic effects, contrasting velvet details, and even sumptuous designs achieved through the use of grains of sand and shards of glass.

In addition, environmental protection is a main concern for the company and their wallcoverings exhibit the prestigious IGI quality certificate which ensures the use of sustainable raw materials and environmentally friendly production processes.

This collection features J&V's unique eye re-interpreting some of today's most influential design trends in a graphic and modern way. Etnico and EtnicoAfro transport you to a continent rich with handcrafted textures and basket weaves, magically achieved in gold, jewel tones and deep overlaid ebonies. Dragone takes you to Asia, where one roll of paper manages to re-interpret the same design in various colour ways including Ming-Dynasty red, pearlized whites and tarnished bronze. Damsco and Ornamenta are bold re-interpretations of the current craze for classical British prints, but using velvet textures, metallic touches and graphic colour ways.

Produced using gravure techniques and ultra-violet reflective inks to dark and light effects, 701City invites the beauty of the metropolitan city inside your home or office space. City presents the skylines that surround us in gunmetal greys, oil slick blues, skylight whites and polished steel. Windows, Tower and Grill further focus the eye on the subtle details of the cityscape, stylizing these architectural elements to breathtaking effect. Mirror is the penultimate re-interpretation, where multiple elements are re-imagined and placed beside each other in a mosaic effect.

The VIP Collection – Very Important Paper – is a new collection that demonstrates J&V's extraordinary ability to blend high-tech innovation and impeccable taste. Using metallic flecks and natural grains of salt, J&V has produced a series of textural wallcoverings with raised surfaces featuring damasks, stripes, waves, optical dots and more. Despite the dellicate look, these non-woven leather-like wallcoverings are high-scratch resistant and suitable for both commercial and private environments. Colour palates include matte white/silver/black and metallic cream/brown/rust. You'll need to touch it to believe it.
