We’re Hiring: Client Service Representative (Toronto)

NewWall is on the lookout for fresh talent at the Client Service Representative level to join our team at our downtown Toronto headquarters.

The Client Service Representative’s (C.S.R.’s) job responsibility will include working together with our sales representatives, and with our showroom employees as part of the team to help turn any inquiry into an order, then managing these orders until final shipment. This is provided by maintaining a seamless flow of communication to the clients and sales force on orders and communication of client requests. This candidate should have proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

The Role

Process and update all orders and reserves. Then pro-actively run reports and utilize these reports to maintain updates on orders and reserves in real time.

Manage all stock checks and reserves with vendors.

Provide timely follow-up on stock checks and reserves to Sales Associates and clients.

Have full knowledge of the company system (Quick Books) along with understanding the administrative functionalities of all lines represented.

Possess clear and informative communication to Sales Associates and clients through phone calls, emails and face to face contact.

Return phone calls and emails in real-time and no later than a few hours.

Provide necessary sales leads to the Sales Associates in a timely manner.

Communicate to the client and Sales Associates all details needed to ship an order in a timely fashion.

Take responsibility and proactively manage any client needs on their reserves or orders. When speaking or emailing a client, they should know that you have full knowledge of their order / reserve and be confident that you will manage the resolution of any issues.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need
Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Experience in a corporate setting is preferred

Knowledge or experience working with luxury goods

Skills & Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is imperative

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills

Must be detail-oriented and a team-player

Ability to use critical thinking and analytical skills for approaching problems and making decisions

Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment with flexibility and resilience

Able to thrive under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

Able to work well within a team and independently

Compensation:
