Ordering and Payment Options

We want our client to be confident when placing an order with New Wall Inc.  Although the fastest and most efficient way to order our products is through our secure website, we will accept orders via e-mail, telephone. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. When ordering online, we accept the following payment options: Visa, Master Card and PayPal. If you need to call your order to New Wall Inc., your payment options will be Visa, Amex or MasterCard.

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders.  This involves checking the details provided during the order process, including a verification of the billing and/or shipping address.  When required, your details may be passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company, which may require that we request additional information from you to complete the order process.  We will always try to complete this process as quickly as possible, as to not delay the shipment of your order.

An order confirmation will automatically be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you have provided during the check-out process.  The e-mail with the subject line: “Order Confirmation from New Wall”, will contain your order number and receipt.  Kindly review the document and advise us immediately for any spelling or numerical errors so we can quickly make the necessary changes.

If you do not receive an order confirmation in your inbox within 24hrs, kindly check your spam.  If the confirmation is not there, you can easily access your receipt and print the payment confirmation by going to My Account. Or email customer service at info@newwall.com.

All orders placed by Canadian residences will be charged all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes during the checkout process.  No foreign taxes (state, federal or foreign taxes) will be applied to any International orders. ALL applicable international taxes will be the responsibility of this customer.  You may be required to pay these funds to UPS or the designated carrier at the time of delivery or it will be your responsibility to pay these directly to your state/federal government. New Wall Inc. will endeavor to provide you with this information, when possible, during the ordering process.

Inspect your package and wallpaper immediately upon receipt. If the package is severely damaged, you may refuse acceptance of the delivery. You must contact New Wall Inc. immediately via e-mail info@newwall.com or by telephone 1.866.770.2111. Any claims made after 10 business days on the receipt will not be considered. You will provide New Wall Inc. with photos of the damaged rolls via e-mail so that we can authorize the return.  Prior to any refunds being issued, the product will need to be returned to us for examination. The damaged product will be examined within 30 business days and we will inform you of our decision as to if a refund will be issued.

All products will be returned to New Wall Inc. via UPS or a carrier of our choice, at our cost. All required documents to process the return will be forwarded to you via e-mail.

Other Modifications & Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of checkout should you need to cancel or modify your order.  Unless otherwise requested, orders will not be shipped for 48 hours, to allow for “buyers remorse”.   If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse or manufacturer, you will not be able to cancel or change it.
